BAM’s newest phase of Buji Residences in Shenzhen wins the coveted international Grands Prix du Design Award in Canada, receiving the Landscape of the Year distinction.

The project was also awarded the Gold Award in three categories: Public Landscape, Residential Landscape Architecture, and Terrace & Landscaping for Residential Architecture, as judged by a multidisciplinary jury of 60 members from all over the world.

In their feedback, the jury praised the project, stating: “Through bold use of plants, patterns, colors, and materials, this project sets a new bar for quality of living in high-density settings and ultimately creates a community space with the power to invigorate the city itself.”

Earlier, Buji Residence Phase I won the Italian Paysage Topscape Award as an exemplary project of City Play Landscape.
