BAM’s MAHA Residential Park receives the highest honor at the Canadian Grands Prix du Design Award. The timeless landscape receives the International Grand Prix as Landscape Project of the Year, and highest accolades in the categories Private Residence and Prestige Landscaping.

The jury praised how the project’s “minimalist design approach for the landscape and the masterplan weave disparate aspects of the site together into a seamless series of gardens, functional spaces and circulatory pathways.”
 
The competition consisted of 1000 projects from over 25 countries worldwide. Besides the winning MAHA Residential Park, another five BAM projects have cumulatively received ten recognitions in various design categories.
